The radio and TV training school abruptly closed its 26 locations this week. The Connecticut School of Broadcasting says it will file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy court reorganization. The school said it had been deeply impacted by changes in the private student loan market, but the final straw was having its access to cash pulled by its lender, National City/PNC Bank.
