Charlie Brown, former head of CIT’s Communication and Media Group, passed away recently in Seguin, Texas. He was 73. During his career he worked with many small and medium market broadcasters. Charlie retired in 2002 after 40 years in commercial finance working for firms including CIT, General Electric Credit, Pacificorp Credit, and AT&T Capital.
