With a pending major acquisition on the table, one which requires FCC and DOJ approval, Charter Communications President/CEO Tom Rutledge paid an ex parte visit to the Commission 6/2/15 to discuss issues pertinent to gaining approval.
Charter has proposed to acquire both Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks.
