Charter details TWC offer with SEC, shareholders

On 1/13, Charter Communications made a $132.50 per share ($61.3 billion) offer for Time Warner Cable, a bid that was rejected and dubbed “grossly inadequate.”  However, according to documents filed with the SEC 1/14 and in a plea to TWC shareholders, Charter estimates a merger with TWC will create a 15.6-million subscriber entity with $30 billion in annual revenue and cash flow of $10.9 billion.
