Cable company Charter believes it has a leadership position in the MVPD industry when it comes to customer service, and says it will benefit the public if the FCC allows it to extend its practices to households currently served by Time Warner Cable and Bright House.
It is particularly proud of its record regarding the provision of broadband service.
