Charter Pushes Back at Opponents


Charter-TWCCharter Communications has refuted assertions by opponents of its planned merger with Time Warner Cable and Bright House that the new company would control the majority of the country’s high-speed broadband connections.

It’s comment are mainly aimed at Dish, which recently told the FCC the footprint of the merged entity will be larger than previously thought.
