Now that Clear Channel Communications has closed its deal to be acquired by CC Media Holdings, the company has designated which stations it intends to sell or swap to comply with its DOJ antitrust agreement. It will divest WOFX-FM and WNNF-FM in Cincinnati and KHMX-FM and KLOL-FM in Houston. A number of other stations, as previously announced, have been placed in the Aloha Trust, run by Jeanette Tully, which are to be sold to comply with current FCC ownership rules.
