We now have a price for the Clear Channel spin-off of a pair of Washington State stations to Kenneth R. Dennis’ Bicoastal Media. KELA-AM/KMNT-FM, both in the unrated Centralia WA market, are going for 4.175M. They’ll move into a cluster that already includes an AM and two FMs. Meanwhile, Clear Channel is packing another pair of stations into its pre-pending-privatization Aloha Trust parking lot, where Jeanette Tully is providing the TLC. WMEQ-AM Menomonie WI, just outside Eau Claire WI, and WQOL-FM Vero Beach FL, part of the Fort Pierce-Stuart-Vero Beach market, are the latest to head into the trust.
