Tribune Media’s COO/Broadcasting has been selected to fill the Fox Affiliate Board seat on the NAB TV Board of Directors.
Effective immediately, Kathy Clements will serve in the role, following her appointment by NAB TV Board of Directors by Television Board Chairman Brian Lawlor.
Clements joined Tribune Media in January 2014, and presently oversees operations of the company’s 42 TV O&Os. She has previously served on the CBS and ABC affiliate boards.
Prior to joining Tribune, Clements had been SVP/Media Operations for Belo Corp., holding the role from 2008-2013.
She had direct oversight of nine television stations, all of their associated media platforms and was also the group programming lead. In addition, she oversaw news content, digital and social initiatives.
