Clinton AM getting a new owner

It’s amazing that with Clinton towns and counties in an overwhelming plurality of states, that none of them are named in an Arbitron, Eastlan or Nielsen market designation. Anyway, the Clinton in this story is in North Carolina, where WCLN-AM is changing hands. It’s going from Christian Listening Network to Clinton Sampson Radio Company for $225K, paid pursuant to terms of a promissory note. The seller is headed by (no Dennis the Menace jokes please) George Wilson, and the buyer by Delma and Emma Dixon. The town is east of Fayetteville.
