It’s going from Christian Listening Network to Clinton Sampson Radio Company for $225K, paid pursuant to terms of a promissory note. The seller is headed by (no Dennis the Menace jokes please) George Wilson, and the buyer by Delma and Emma Dixon. The town is east of Fayetteville.
