Did we make you look? What we mean to say is that an AM-FM combo in Clinton MO has dropped out of the Legend Communications station portfolio. Larry Patrick lists is listed as managing partner for KDKD AM & FM, which is going to Dean Goodman’s GoodRadio.TV. According to Patrick Communications broker Susan Patrick, the price for the combo is 2.2M. The AM plays Country, while the FM formats Adult Hits.
RBR/TVBR observation: It would seem that at least some of the negotiations on this transaction could have been conducted in very intimate quarters, since the seller is the husband of the broker. However, we suspect that the venue was more accessible to the public when the buyer was involved, since there is no family relationship we’re aware of between the Goodmans and the Patricks.
