The sale of KZAT-FM in Belle Plain IA has received the official blessings of the FCC and is expected to close 11/12/10, according to broker Ed Seeger of Americani Media Services. Seeger was representing the buyer, Grupo Roble LLC, headed by Rigberto Lopez.
Grupo Roble will pay $200K for the station to make that closing a reality, according to terms of the contract that also called for $20K to be placed in escrow in advance of regulatory review.
The seller is James P. Bell’s Camrory Broadcasting Inc.
