Jerome R. Zimmer’s Great Plains Media is now officially in charge of WHUB-AM, WGIC-FM, WGSQ-FM, and WPTN-AM. According to brokerage firm Kalil & Co. the acquisition of the stations from Clear Channel is officially closed. Zimmer is also active in Illinois and Kansas. The price of the Cookeville stations is $7.5M.
