Radio One has a major infusion of cash to add to its bank account and Bonneville has all the titles and deeds to the former KRBV-FM in Los Angeles as the sale of the station officially enters the ranks of done deals. Bonneville flipped the station to AAA in April and changed the calls to KSWD-FM. The price is $137.5M. Star Media Group’s Peter S. Handy brokered the deal on behalf of Radio One. Additionally, Rothschild Inc. provided financial advice to the seller, and Lazard Freres & Co. worked with Bonneville.
