According to Mark Jorgenson of Jorgenson Broadcast Brokerage, 3 Daughters Media has completed its acquisition of WWGMN-AM Roanoke and WVGM-AM Lynchburg, covering both key communities in the Roanoke/Lynchburg VA market. The stations came with an AM-FM combo in Chattanooga for a total of 2.6M, according to documents filed with the FCC. 3 Daughters is owned and operated by Gary Burns.
