Yet another FM station has migrated from the commercial to the noncommercial realm following the close of Education Media Foundation’s acquisition of KSTL-FM Medical Lake WA in the Spokane market. The seller, Pamplin Broadcasting, already had the station formatted in EMF’s preferred Contemporary Christian territory. According to Media Services Group broker Tom McKinley, the price was $2.15M.
