Buckalew Media is now in control at Edna TX radio station KIOX-FM, according to Kalil & Co. The Kalil Holding Group was the temporary owner, broker and the seller. The transaction was valued at $70K. KIOX-FM will form an old-fashioned AM-FM combo with KULP-AM El Campo TX.
