Kremling Enterprises is now holding the deeds and the keys for KTXM-FM Hallettsville TX and KYKM-FM Yoakum TX in a deal in which Kalil was both the broker and the seller. The stations had been in the brokerage firm’s temporary license holding company as they were shopped around. The price was 250K. The pair, located in unrated territory between Houston and San Antonio, have only tangential overlap.
