(seller) and Patrick Communications (buyer), the sale of the station from SDR Rockfleet Holdings to Cadillac Telecasting Co. is complete. CTC, headed by Alexander Bolea, paid 141M for the station, which serves the Traverse City-Cadillac DMA.
