Commonwealth Broadcasting’s $1,700,000 sale of WTCO-AM/WCKQ-FM Campbellsville KY and WGRK-FM Greensburg KY to subsidiaries of Forcht Broadcasting is now official. Broker: Ed Henson of Henson Media, Inc.
The $3,700,000 deal sending WSOS-FM and WMUV-FM from Renda Broadcasting Corporation to entities headed by Nancy Epperson has been completed. The stations serve the Jacksonville FL market. Epperson is involved with two companies there, commercial Chesapeake-Portsmouth Broadcasting and noncom Delmarva Educational Association. According to an earlier RBR-TVBR report, they were originally headed for DEA but the right to acquire was transferred to CPB. Broker: George Reed, Media Services Group.
