Coalition Seeks Rational Music Policy

Music-NotesA disparate group of organizations that love and use music have formed the MIC Coalition, which will work in Washington in an effort to put the focus of copyright decisions that “…are grounded in rationality, affordability and predictability so that the music economy can continue to thrive and grow.”


Commercial and noncommercial broadcasters are just a part of a group that includes retailers, restaurants and hotels, consumer electronics manufacturers and providers, technology innovators and digital media services.
