Like all ISPs in the United States, Comcast will be paying close attention to what the FCC does on Thursday 2/26/15. And it already knows, based on what FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler has said, that it isn’t expecting to like what it hears.
It will of course know more once it has a chance to comb through the details.
