WASHINGTON, D.C. — On August 27, the FCC released a Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FNPRM) in a proceeding focused on a keen area of interest for many broadcast companies — the assessment and collection of regulatory fees for fiscal year 2019.
A due date for Comments was set for Friday, with Reply Comments due Dec. 23. But, an extension was sought. The FCC said yes to the extension.
