Patricia D. Cahill will be joining several other job applicants at a Senate Commerce session as she seeks confirmation to join the Corporation for Public Broadcasting Board of Directors. The hearing is set for Wednesday 7/29/09 at 2:30 Eastern. According to the Benton Foundation, Cahill has been in public radio since 1969 and has previously served on the board of NPR.
