Media Services Group Managing Director George Reed filed a Petition for Partial Reconsideration for WHNR-AM (Regional Mexican) Cypress Gardens/Lakeland, FL in April. He asked for it based off of a letter decision by the Media Bureau also sent in April that admonished him for not submitting to the Commission a 6/12/12 order by the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in Polk County, FL granting an emergency motion, requesting the appointment of Reed as receiver, and a brief handwritten note by the judge on a copy of the motion granting the request.
