Commissioners Explain Cable Competition Votes

FCC2014To consumers who are frustrated with their inability to vote with their wallets when choosing between MVPDs, the FCC’s decision to go above and beyond the will of Congress to adopt a presumption of competition is both frustrating and sublimely ridiculous. It was adopted on a 3-2 vote.


We guess the way we worded the lead paragraph gets our opinion out there for public consumption. Here what the five sitting FCC commissioners had to say:
