The Content Factory announced the acquisition of Game Time Decisions Inc., now to be part of Content Factory under name Game Time Decisions, LLC, announced Content Factory CEO Jimmy de Castro.  Game Time Decisions is an online and software company that powers a fantasy football resource site and a number of fantasy game products.  Game Time Decisions will manage and distribute the fantasy games.

The Content Factory intent is to use the brand and intelligence of the new alliance with Pro Football Weekly to provide additional resources that will make fantasy GameTimeDecisions.net the most robust fantasy football site online.

de Castro will waste no time in putting his new company to work.  A new fantasy football game, "Weekly Pick Five will be introduced later this month on danpatrick.com, online, on-the-air and into mobile by The Content Factory.

"Weekly Pick Five" (WPF) is a Fantasy Football game that can be played once a week or every week.  No long term commitment and a fresh start each week, means more fun for the casual player and observer.  "Fantasy has brought so much excitement to Football fans, we think that a weekly game that is mass appeal for every level of Fantasy interest will catch on with friends, teams, offices and more," said de Castro.  "Its simplicity and opportunity to win prizes will be fun for everyone!"

WPF consists of choosing five players each week; participants can play weekly or through the entire season based on their bank of credits.  Weekly prizes and grand prizes will be determined before the games begin.  Affiliates can promote their own local game or a national game and will share in revenue produced.

The WPF platform is customizable too.  WPF can host multiple games including for example, a Quarterback Challenge, a Kickers Corner or other five-player choice based games.  This gives affiliates the opportunity to make their program unique to their station.

To launch, The Content Factory will add Dan Patrick’s "Weekly Pick Five" to The Dan Patrick Show and danpatrick.com to bring the weekly fantasy league to Patrick’s passionate fan base.  "We’ve always said we want to give our listeners more to do online to connect them with sports, said Patrick.  "Football is their top priority so we felt it was important to add this feature that allows a great deal of fan engagement."

Mitch Rosen, PD at Dan Patrick affiliate AM 670 The Score, announced they will debut the new fantasy show and launch their own "Weekly Pick Five" league.
