Awhile back word got out that the official nomination of Julius Genachowski to be Chairman of the FCC was due any moment. Many, many moments have passed since, with nothing new on the topic coming out of the White House (which may have a few distractions at the moment). Acting FCC Chairman Michael Copps is industriously keeping key projects moving, and will get together with the trade press Wednesday 2/11/09 to discuss what’s going on.
