The station, known for serving the local African American community, is going from Courier Communications Corporation to Radio Multi-Media, headed by Rene Moore in an asset/real estate deal. The price is $1.5M cash, with $850K allocated to the real estate and the remainder to the station attributes. Courier is headed by Jerrel Jones, Earnestine Jones and Mary Ellen Strong.
