In May, RBR+TVBR first reported on the acquisition in a court-sanctioned auction of silent WKEZ-FM 96.9 in Tavernier, Fla., by Michael Stapleford, and his Magnum Broadcasting of State College, Pa.
The property had been owned by Jonathan Smith’s Choice Radio Keys Corp.
Now, another FM once part of Smith’s stable is being sold by the creditor representative appointed by a Monroe County, Fla., judge to execute the sell-off of Choice Radio Keys’ assets.
