The buyout at $4.80 per share has been completed by Cox Enterprises, which now owns 100% of Cox Radio. The stock closed forever Friday on the New York Stock Exchange at $4.89 – so it appears someone was still betting that dissidents will get something more from pending lawsuits. The stock will not trade today on the NYSE and it will also be removed from the RBR Radio Index.
