Peter Csathy is setting up Creatv Media, to advise and invest in tech and media companies.
Partners include FremantleMedia North America CEO Thom Beers, Premiere Networks Founder/CEO Steve Lehman (Premiere is now part of iHeartRadio) and Larry Kasanoff, who recently launched Threshold Global Studios with Bruno Wu.
After three years as CEO of consultancy Manatt Digital Media, Csathy is leaving to form the new company. He tells Variety the new company will provide a combination of consulting and networking.
Clients will range from individual entrepreneurs to large media companies and brands including some initial clients like Samsung, DG Entertainment and Verizon.
