Ten local radio stations have been hailed for their outstanding year-round commitment to community service. The winners were named at Tuesday’s Radio Luncheon during the NAB Show in Las Vegas.
The 2009 NAB Crystal Radio Award recipients are:

WIBC-FM Indianapolis, IN
KUAD-FM Windsor, CO
WKRQ-FM Cincinnati, OH

WTUZ-FM New Philadelphia, OH
Also at the luncheon, Vin Scully was inducted into the NAB Hall of Fame for his long career as the voice of the Los Angeles Dodgers. “I thank you for the award and I thank God for the 60 years,” Scully said.
