Cumulus Media announced 3/31 that Rick Gillette has been appointed Corporate Program Director and PD of Top-40 WRQX-FM in Washington, DC. Gillette was most recently with CBS as PD of NOW-FM 92.3 in New York City. He takes the reins of All the Hits 107.3, effective immediately. Current PD, Marco, remains with the station in afternoon drive.
Prior to programming for CBS in New York City, Gillette programmed for stations in Chicago and Detroit and was Vice President of Music Entertainment for DMX Music, a global music services company based in Los Angeles.
