DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. — From the early 1980s through 2014, it was a Westchester County-centric Adult Contemporary station operating in the shadow of New York City; Fairfield County, Conn.; and Hudson Valley competitors.

At that time, it shifted its target audience to the Bronx and Yonkers, and to African-American audiences in a signal area that was adjusted to include much of Queens and upper Manhattan, and Northern New Jersey, too. Most recently, it has been a simulcast of an all-digital AM, bringing Westwood One syndicated talk programming to listeners.

Soon, it will be converted to a noncommercial religious station under a new owner.
