Ah, the subtle joys of a digital television signal. The Lafayette LA DMA’s ABC affiliate, KATC, will be employing a digital side channel to bring in programming from the CW Network. ETA for the net will be 6/14/10.
KATC is licensed to KATC Communications Inc., which is a subsidiary of Cordillera Communications, which in turn is a subsidiary of Evening Post Publishing Company out of Charleston SC. It operates 13 stations in 11 markets.
