President Barack Obama has not been shy about getting on the airwaves in the final run-up to the midterm elections, and his schedule will now include the Wednesday 10/27/10 installment of Comedy Central’s The Daily Show with John Stewart.
Stewart will taping in Washington DC, according to the Associated Press, in preparation for his Rally to Restore Sanity to be held on the National Mall Saturday 10/30/10. The following Tuesday, 11/2/10, is Election Day.
It will be the first time Obama has appeared on the program. He has publicly endorsed Stewart’s event.
