Dancing and Idol in ratings battle

ABC’s “Dancing With the stars” topped the Household ratings for the past week, while “American Idol” on Fox was still tops in the big money 18-49 demo. Overall, though, CBS won the week with a boost from the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.


In Households CBS scored an average 6.8 rating and 12 share, with Fox and ABC tied at 5.2/9, NBC 3.9/7, Univision 1.6/3, CW 1.2/2, Ion and Telemundo 0.6/1, TeleFutura 0.5/1 and Azteca America and Estrella TV 0.1/0.

In 18-49 CBS had 3.2/10, Fox 3.1/9, ABC 2.5/7, NBC 2.0/6, Univision 1.2/4, CW 0.8/2, Telemundo 0.6/2, TeleFutura 0.4/1, Ion 0.3/1 and Estrella TV and Azteca America 0.1/0.
