ABC won Monday night, led by “Dancing With the Stars.” The audience for DWTS was down from a week ago, but that was due at least in part to ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” airing on WCVB-TV Boston, which had the local broadcast of the Patriots-Dolphins game.
