Energy and financial stocks led the way as bargain hunters descended on Wall Street. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 225 points, or 2.3%, to 10,250. Broadcasting stocks also had an up day.
The RBR Radio Index was up 4.030, or 1%, to 399.354.
The TVBR Television Index was up 9.353, or 4.8%, to 202.685.
