The seller, Patricia Casagrande’s The Fifteen Fifty Corporation, will pick up $800K when all the dust settles. It will include a $50K down payment, $25K to put toward construction of the seller’s WHKC-FM CP, another $425K in cash on closing day and a $300K note.
