In another sign-of-the-times deal, Robert A. DelGiorno’s MLS Broadcasting Inc. is getting KWXI-AM in unrated Glenwood AR from Chris Daniel’s Daniel Broadcasting. All DelGiorno has to do is pick up a $169.5K promissory note in favor of Judith Robertson in the otherwise cash-free transaction. The station will enrich a portfolio which already includes KPYN-AM Atlanta TX under licensee name Freed AM Corporation.
