Dickey buys his own Christmas gifts

If you sold any Cumulus Media shares lately, there’s a real good chance the buyer was Lew Dickey Sr. He continues to buy up shares in the market just about every day. His latest report to the SEC shows the acquisition of 814,465 shares from December 4-19 at prices of $0.92 to $1.27, including one big block buy of 442,215 shares. In all, he spent $1,005,003. The patriarch of the Dickey family now owns 6,952,429 shares, or 19.3% of the Class A shares of Cumulus.
