Satellite provider DirecTV announced that it is now delivering local-to-local HD broadcast TV channels in its 136th market – Missoula, MT. DirecTV says it has made available to customers KTMF-TV (ABC), KPAX-TV (CBS), Fox, MyNetworkTV, KECI-TV (NBC) and KUFM-TV (PBS), all in HD, plus The CW in standard-definition.
With local HD broadcast channels now available in 136 markets, DirecTV says that represents more than 92% of US TV households.
