Here’s another indication that the debt markets are again open for media companies – at least for the very large ones.
Dish Network announced that its subsidiary, Dish DBS Corporation, plans to offer approximately $300 million in new debt securities. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The notes are being sold only to qualified institutional buyers.
