A successful bond offering by the Spanish government, a strong export/import report from China and bargaining hunting in battered energy stocks all combined to lift prices on Wall Street Thursday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose back above the ten-thousand level, up 273 points, or 2.8%, to 10,173. Broadcasting stocks went along for the ride.
The RBR Radio Index was up 7.433, or 2%, to 383.276.
The TVBR Television Index was up 6.822, or 3.7%, to 192.056.
