“The Donald” is set to be the next victim of a celebrity roast on Comedy Central. The network announced that the “Comedy Central Roast” franchise will return to New York City to tape the roast of Donald Trump on March 9th, with the program to air in the spring.

“I’ll show up to the Roast because Comedy Central is paying me a lot of money, but I’m confused as to how anybody could make fun of me,” said Trump.

“Donald Trump is a brilliant business man, who has made the Trump name a worldwide brand. We are so glad he agreed to be roasted.  I’m hoping he buys me a plane,” said Elizabeth Porter, SVP, specials and talent, Comedy Central.

The roasters for the event have yet to be publicly names.

The “Comedy Central Roast Of Donald Trump” will be executive produced by Joel Gallen from Tenth Planet Productions. Elizabeth Porter is the executive in charge for the network.  Andy Litinsky from Trump Productions LLC is a Producer on the project.
