A jump in the Conference Board’s Consumer Confidence Index sent stock prices upward on Tuesday. The Dow Jones Industrial average closed above 13,000 for the first time since 2008 – rising 24 points, or 0.2%, to 13,005. Broadcasting stocks, however, were mixed.
The RBR Radio Index was down 5.373, or 1.5%, to 346.866.
The TVBR Television Index was up 0.307, or 0.1%, to 262.844.
