Blue-chip stocks sagged for a second straight session on Tuesday, while the Nasdaq Composite inched higher amid low volumes. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 21.68 points, or 0.2%, to 13,102.99, led by Hewlett-Packard. Broadcast stocks were mixed.
The RBR Radio Index was down 4.859, or 1.3%, to 385.011.
The TVBR Television Index was up 1.875, or .7%, to 277.526.
