Tornado Alley Communications honcho Marshall Ice and his wife Meagan have been charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute by local authorities, according to arkcity.net. They own and operate KACY-FM in Arkansas City KS, an unrated market near the Kansas border with Oklahoma. Conviction will place their FCC license in jeopardy.
